Welded reinforcement mesh is also called reinforcement mesh. Welded rebar meshes are meshes in which longitudinal and transverse reinforcements are arranged at a certain distance and at right angles to each other, and all intersections are welded together.
Reinforcement meshes are welded using a dedicated GWC mesh welder. The welding procedures are automatically controlled by the computer. The welding meshes are uniform and the welding quality is good. There is almost no change in the mechanical properties of the steel bars before and after welding.
According to the raw materials, the welded reinforcing steel mesh can be divided into: cold rolled ribbed welded reinforcing steel mesh, cold drawn round welded reinforcing steel mesh, and hot rolled ribbed welded steel mesh. Among them, cold rolled ribbed welded steel mesh is most widely used. Welded rebar meshes are divided into fixed welded meshes and custom welded meshes according to the grade, diameter, length, and spacing of the rebar.
